Reducing food miles & food waste - our hospitality customers have told us some of their orders from big suppliers were limp on arrival not to mention, the shelf life reduces how often they need to order and the produce rides happily in the fridge through quiet days (great for them, not so great for us but we’ll take that over it going in the bin!! )
Our journey, setting up a farm in our front room and aiming to sell 5 trays per week to the people on our street, to supplying home customers for miles around and top level chefs, restaurants, businesses and even celebrities!
Best of all, the amazing people we meet, the feedback that’s been taken on board and helped us grow. The last minute, late night, panic orders (you know who you are ) that we’ve been absolutely delighted to be able to fulfil, the revamped menus inspired by our produce, the happy customers of our customers and the difference people have seen in their health and wellbeing. It makes the early starts, late nights and juggling the day job all worth it
